Down the hatch...

Okay, last Clomid pill has been swallowed! I have heard of some crazy side effects women get from taking Clomid but I luckily had NONE. Well, I did get one or two hot flashes but they don't scare me! I know it may be a long shot and this cycle still can be a bust but I feel very optimistic right now. I am just praying that I ovulate and we catch it this cycle. A LOT of women have gotten pregnant on their first cycle of Clomid...so please God let us be one of those with a strong sticky bean!

On a lighter note, my sister-in-law Joni gets to find out what she is having today!!!! I can't wait for the news!! I am going with girl....pretty strong feeling it is a girl! But then again, I have a 50/50 chance of being correct!!

Praying for a Clomid baby!

It has been a while since I last updated...

But we finally have some good news!!!! Jake's sperm analysis came back NORMAL!!!! He actually has really FAST swimmers :) Not much has changed with me. The metformin gave me one normal cycle but I still didn't ovulate.

On December 1st I went for a follow-up appointment. I still have two cycsts on my left ovary but they aren't big enough for surgery. My doctor gave me the okay to start Clomid!!!!! Here is our orders:

1. Provera for 5 days to get a period
2. Clomid 100mg CD 3-7
3. Baby dance days 11-25 every other day
4. Labs on CD 21 to check progesterone levels (to see if I ovulated)
5. If no period by CD 42, test and if negative start all over again!

I am really surprised the doctor had me start at 100mg because everyone I know had to start at 50mg. So, hopefully this will work!!!! Say a prayer for us!
